Terms of service

The agreement between you and me.

Written to be read, not survived. If a line here is unclear, email me and I'll answer it in plain words — and I'd rather you asked before you paid than after.

Version 2.0 Last updated 24 August 2026 Malaysia

PROTOCOL is open, and what you are buying today is not the lessons. It is unlimited one-to-one calls with me and a community that runs all day, for $9.99 a month. The six chapters — 48 filmed lessons — are published from January and are included at no extra cost. They are not filmed yet, and section 02 says so in as many words. If you want the videos and nothing else, wait for January; you will pay more then, and you will not have paid for anything unfinished.

By booking a call, joining the waiting list, paying, or using anything on this site, you accept these terms.

01Who you are buying from

PROTOCOL is run by Reodan Nathan, sole proprietor, in Malaysia. One person runs it. There is no team, no support desk, and no ticket system. When you email, you are emailing the person who teaches the class.

Operator
Reodan Nathan, sole proprietor
Country
Malaysia
Email
reodannathan@gmail.com, or the contact page — I answer these myself, usually within one business day
Telephone
Message me and I will call you back. If you are in the UK or the EEA and need a number to call, ask and you get one.
Payments
Processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch my server.

In these terms, "I", "me" and "PROTOCOL" mean the operator named above. "You" means the member.

02What PROTOCOL is, and what it is not yet

A monthly subscription to a school for men built on evidence. It is being built in the open, and this section is split in two because those two halves are in very different states today.

What you get the day you join, and what you are paying for: unlimited one-to-one calls with me, the room, seven chat channels, and the weekly community call. All of it is running now.

The 48 lessons are not filmed yet. They arrive in January, and they are included in the price you are already paying — there is no second purchase and no upgrade.

Six chapters, eight lessons each: Health + Testosterone, Aesthetic, Looksmaxxing, Red Pill, High Performer, Social. When they land, nothing is locked — all six are open, any order, any speed, with no paths, no cohorts, no placement, no gates and no stages.

I am telling you this before you pay rather than after. If the lessons are the only thing you want, the honest advice is to join in January, or leave your email on the front page and I will tell you when they are up. If you want the calls and the room, they are here today and they are what the price is for.

Every lesson is a recording plus a companion PDF. You tick a lesson off yourself when you have done it. That tick is self-reported and it proves nothing — it is a bookmark, not a result. The only thing that counts for anything is a verified chapter, and that is section 09.

What the money buys, in full:

03What PROTOCOL is not

Read this part twice.

04Who can join

There is no age limit. If you are under 18, tell a parent or guardian you have joined before your first call with me — not as a formality, but because some of this material is worth an adult knowing you are working through it.

I can decline anyone, for any reason. If I decline you after you have paid, you are refunded in full, the same day.

I cannot sell to you if you are in a country under sanctions or export restrictions that apply to Malaysia or to Stripe. If a payment is refused for that reason, that is why.

05How you get in

There are two doors into a conversation with me, and one door into the school.

  1. Book the free call. Thirty minutes, no charge, no card, no obligation. We work out whether you need this at all. I may tell you no. This is open today.
  2. Or join the waiting list and I email you once when the first chapter is filmed. It holds no price — the rate then is the rate you pay.

Joining is four steps, in this order. None of them is skippable.

  1. You pay. Stripe takes the card. You are a member from that moment.
  2. You make an account — an email address and a password you choose.
  3. You answer six questions. Your age; which chapter is your problem; what you have tried that did not stick; how many hours a week you have; what better looks like in twelve weeks; and anything else I should know, which is the only optional one. I read these. They are how I know who you are before we ever speak.
  4. You pick a nickname. That is what other members see. Your real name is never shown to them.

Then the calls, the room and the chat are open. Nothing else has to happen first, and the chapters join them in January without you doing anything.

06The price and how the billing works

Price
$9.99 USD per month, the founding rate. Recurring until you cancel.
What it buys today
Unlimited 1-to-1 calls with me, the room, the seven chat channels, and the weekly community call
What it buys from January
All six chapters — 48 filmed lessons and their companion PDFs — at no extra cost, on the same $9.99
Tiers
None. No upsells, no add-ons, nothing held back behind a higher price.
First charge
When you join, at checkout
Then
The same amount, the same date, every month
Cancel
Any time, no notice period, no reason required
Refunds
None. See section 08.

One price buys the whole school. There is no cheaper version with fewer chapters and no expensive version with more. A member who pays $9.99 has exactly what every other member has.

06aThe founding price, and exactly what is promised

$9.99 a month, and it stays $9.99 for as long as your subscription runs without a break. That includes after the lessons arrive and after the price goes up for everybody else.

This is the whole reason to join before the lessons land, so it is worth being exact about it rather than leaving it to a headline.

If I ever needed to change the price of an existing membership, which I do not intend to, I would email you at least 30 days before it happened and you could cancel before the new amount was ever charged. I will not change what you pay by changing this page and hoping you do not re-read it.

This is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically every month and keeps charging your card until you cancel it. It does not stop by itself.

The currency is US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it and may add its own fee. That fee is your bank's. I never see it and I never receive it.

Any price change is emailed to every member at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and I email you. You keep your access for 14 days while that happens. Fix the card and nothing else happens. A failed card is not a cancellation and I do not treat it as one.

07Cancelling, and what happens after

Cancel any time. No call, no form, no retention conversation, no reason required, and I will not ask you for one.

Email reodannathan@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and say you are cancelling. I action it the day I read it and confirm in writing.

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not take away the period you have already paid for.

08Refunds

There are no refunds. Once you have paid, you are in. Cancelling ends the renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.

I am not printing a guarantee I do not mean. What you get instead is a free call before you pay, a subscription you can end on any day, and a total exposure of one month — $9.99.

A month already in use is not refunded and not split. There are exceptions, and each one is a case where the refund is mine to start rather than yours to chase: I remove you for conduct, you step out for care, I fail to deliver something I said I would, I decline you after you have paid, or a charge happened that should not have. Those are set out on the refunds page.

Where the law overrides this

Consumers in the UK and the EU have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service, and a policy cannot remove it. It can, however, be waived — and this clause is the waiver:

By joining you expressly agree that PROTOCOL begins immediately, as soon as you have paid, and you acknowledge that by starting it immediately you lose your 14-day right to withdraw.

How you agree to it. The Stripe checkout carries a tick, above the pay button and not pre-ticked, reading "I agree to Reodan Nathan's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy", and it links to this page. Ticking it agrees to this document, and this document contains the clause above. Your answer is recorded against your membership with its date and shown to you in your Console.

Said plainly, because it matters more than it flatters me: that tick is a general agreement to these terms rather than a separate box worded only about the 14 days. If you consider that too thin to have given up a statutory right knowingly, say so and I will treat your 14 days as intact. I would rather refund a man who did not understand what he agreed to than win that argument.

And the general rule above yields to the law where you live. Where the consumer law of your country gives you a right that cannot be waived by agreement, that law wins and this policy does not apply to it. I am not claiming a blanket no-refund position, because that position is not true everywhere.

09How verification works

This is the part that matters. Everything else is a library.

10The calls

One 1-to-1 call per verified chapter. Six chapters, six calls. Verify a chapter and you have earned one. You cannot buy one, and you do not get one for ticking lessons off.

The call is yours to use: ask questions, argue with the chapter, bring an idea, or just talk. Booking is by email. If you cancel your subscription, unused calls end with your access.

One community call every week — Sundays, 20:00–20:30 UTC+8, on Zoom — open to every member, recorded. Show up or watch it later. It is not a condition of anything and missing it costs you nothing.

If I have to move a call, I say so as early as I can. If I cannot make one, it moves — it is not cancelled.

11The room

Members post, comment on posts, and reply once beneath a comment. You appear under your nickname. Real names are never shown to other members.

What is asked of you: bring the real number, including the ugly one. Answer the person who posted before you. Never shame a slip — not yours, not theirs.

I can delete anything in the room, without notice and without a debate. I will tell you why if it was yours.

What gets you removed. Each of these is grounds on its own:

Removal

I will always tell you why, in writing, in plain words. Removal for conduct is permanent. Chapters you verified honestly before the removal stay verified.

12Your account and your private link

You sign up with an email address and a password. Your password is hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256, 210,000 iterations, with a random 16-byte salt. The plaintext is never stored, never logged, and never returned to anyone, including me.

Read this next part carefully, because I am not going to oversell it.

What actually authenticates every request is a private link containing a 22-character token. Anyone holding that link is you. There is nothing else in front of it.

Logging in with your email and password recovers that link. It is a way back in if you lose the link — it is not a second factor and it does not sit in front of the link. So: do not share the link, do not post it, and do not paste it anywhere public. If it leaks, tell me and I issue a new one the same day.

There is no automated password reset. I do not run an email service, so there is no "forgot password" email. If you are locked out, email me from the address you signed up with and I reopen the account by hand. That is slower than a reset link and I would rather tell you that now than have you discover it at 2am.

Login attempts are rate-limited, by IP address and by email address. If you get the password wrong too many times in a row you are locked out for a while. That is deliberate.

Sharing your link to give someone else access is grounds for removal. What is stored on your account and why is set out in the privacy notice.

13Recordings and intellectual property

Every lesson is a recording — that is me teaching, filmed once, with a companion PDF.

The weekly community call is recorded. You are told that every time, and camera off is always fine and costs you nothing — attendance is never conditional on being recorded. If you want to be cut afterwards, ask and it is done within 7 days.

1-to-1 calls are not recorded unless you and I both agree to it, on that call, for that call.

Recordings go to members and to me. They are not public, not sold, and never used in marketing without a specific written yes from everyone in the frame. Nothing said as a private disclosure is ever recorded, quoted, or repeated anywhere. The same rules are set out in the privacy notice, and the two pages say the same thing on purpose.

You may not record, screenshot, or re-share a call.

Mine: the lessons, the recordings, the PDFs, the site, the member area, the PROTOCOL name, and everything I wrote. Your licence to it is personal and non-transferable, for as long as you are a member. Republishing, reselling, uploading, posting to another community, or using any of it to build or teach a competing programme is not allowed.

I am not going to pretend this material cannot be copied. It can. It was never the point — a copied lesson gets nobody a verified chapter or an hour of my time.

Yours: your evidence, your posts, and everything you write and file. You own it. I need your permission to use any of it, and a clause in these terms is not that permission. If I want to quote you, name you, or show your work anywhere public, I will ask you first, for that specific thing, in writing, and you can say no or change your mind later. Nothing you disclose as a personal or safety matter is ever quoted, shown, or ranked — with any permission.

14No guaranteed results

I do not promise an outcome, a timeline, a number, or a version of you at the end of it.

Nothing on this site, in a call, or in a lesson is a claim about what you will earn, how you will look, who you will meet, or how you will feel. Anyone selling you that is lying, and the fact that I will not is most of why this exists.

What I do promise: the lessons, the room, the weekly call, and a straight verdict on the evidence you file. What comes of it depends on what you actually do.

15Not medical, psychological, or financial advice

PROTOCOL is a school and a room of people doing hard, ordinary work and writing down what happened. That is the whole product.

It is not therapy. It is not medical or mental-health treatment. It is not a crisis service. Nobody here is a clinician, including me.

Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment, a prescription, or clinical advice. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice either. If you have a medical or psychological condition, or you take medication, talk to your doctor before you change how you train, eat, or sleep. That applies with particular force to the Health and Testosterone chapter.

I am one person, in Malaysia. I am asleep for part of your day. Nobody here is on call and nobody should be treated as if they are.

If you need a professional, that is not a failure and it is not the end of anything. Free, 24-hour lines are listed on the help page — open to everyone, no membership needed, before you join and after you leave. Look at it before you need it.

If you tell me something serious, I will stop coaching, take it out of the channel, ask you a straight question, and hand you people who are trained for it. Nothing you disclose goes to another member. The one limit, and you should know it now rather than later: if I believe your life is in immediate danger, I will not stay quiet about it.

If what you need is treatment rather than a system, that is an exit for care — cancelled the same day, current period refunded in full, no forms.

16Things I use and do not control

Calls run on a third-party video service — Zoom at the time of writing. The provider is named in the invitation you get, and what it sees is set out in the privacy notice.

Payments run on Stripe. The site and the member area run on Netlify and Cloudflare. Their terms and privacy policies apply to you as well as mine, and I do not control them. If one of them has an outage I will work around it and tell you.

17Changes, availability, and liability

I can improve lessons, refilm them, rewrite PDFs, and change how the member area looks. I will not take away a chapter you are paying for. If I ever have to shut PROTOCOL down, I will say so plainly, refund the current month for everyone, and export everyone's evidence to them.

I can change these terms. If a change materially affects what you are paying for, I email every member at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, cancel — you will not be charged again and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Plainly, on liability:

Nothing in that section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under the consumer law where you live that cannot be removed by agreement.

18Governing law, and the rest

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction. If the consumer law of the country you live in gives you rights or a forum that this clause cannot take away, it does not take them away.
