If a number on this page is wrong or out of date, tell me and I will fix it as soon as I read the message. That is the one kind of error here that actually costs someone something — which is also why this page never asks you to wait for me. Use the numbers above; they are staffed right now.
02What PROTOCOL is not
PROTOCOL is a school. It is a room of people doing hard, ordinary work and writing down what happened. That is the whole product.
It is not therapy. It is not medical or mental-health treatment. It is not a crisis service. Nobody here is a clinician, including me.
I am one person, in Malaysia. I am asleep for part of your day. Nobody in this room is on call and nobody should be treated as if they are.
If you have a medical or psychological condition, or you take medication, talk to your doctor before you change how you train, eat, or sleep.
03If you tell me something serious
I will stop coaching. I will take it out of the room, ask you a straight question, and hand you people who are trained for it. Nothing you disclose goes to another member.
The one limit, and you should know it now rather than later: if I believe your life is in immediate danger, I will not stay quiet about it.
If what you need is treatment rather than a system, that is an exit for care. Your subscription ends the same day and the current period is refunded in full. No forms, no explanation owed to me, no argument. Your log is exported to you and your seat is held by name for six months if you want it back.
04Getting hold of me
Email reodannathan@gmail.com. I answer myself, usually within one business day.
That is not a crisis line and it should never be used as one. Use the numbers at the top of this page — they are staffed, right now, by people trained for exactly this.
