QUEST 1 OF 48 · HEALTH + TESTOSTERONE · FREE
Five Honest Numbers.
Most men are guessing about their own body. This replaces the guess with five numbers, each with a source and a date, so there is a line in the sand you can be measured against later. It takes an evening. No sign-up — fill it in here, or print it.
THE TARGET
One card, five rows — sleep, weight, food, alcohol, bloods — each with a value, where it came from, and the date.
1 · Sleep
Your average sleep over the last 7 nights. Source: the export or summary screen from your phone or watch — not what you think you sleep.
2 · Weight
One morning weigh-in: after the toilet, before food or drink. Source: the scale app, or a dated photo of the scale display.
3 · Food
A count, not an adjective: takeaways in the last 7 days, or days you cooked. Source: your delivery-app order history, or a dated log.
4 · Alcohol
Units in the last 7 days. Source: a dated drink log, or your card statement for the week. Zero is a real answer — log it as zero.
5 · Bloods
Your most recent blood panel, read with your GP. No panel yet? Book one — the clinic's booking confirmation counts for this row. Source: the lab report or the booking email.
- Nothing from memory. Every row has a raw source behind it you could show someone.
- "About average" is not a value. A number, with its unit.
- A row with no source yet stays blank until it has one. A blank row is honest; a guessed one is the thing this replaces.
